    What Are You Smoking Pages.

Working on my back porch remodel. Taking a break with the Pete and Presbyterian Mixture. A couple of weeks or so ago, I posted a thread complaining about this pipe, and now I can't stop smoking it. I'm hopeless, I tell ya. 0

I think that's my favorite looking of your pipes, Jim. I guess it's not bent enough to be a system, right?

    Need Some Peterson System Advice

Making definitive statements about my pipe habits seems to be a risky thing. I change too much! The new list (slight alterations): 1) The thing STILL smokes wonderful! 2) The P-Lip is growing on me 3) I STILL don't care for full bent pipes, but I'm not getting rid of this one What I like...

    Need Some Peterson System Advice

I've smoked it a few more times since this, and it grows on me. That pipe is the best smoker I have. Still don't like full bent, but that's easily avoidable. I've been doing a little pipe shopping online, heh. Budget's a little crampy this month, so maybe June.

    Need Some Peterson System Advice

Recently I got my first Peterson pipe; a Standard System Heritage 306. I discovered three things from this purchase: 1) The thing smokes wonderful! 2) I don't like the P-Lip 3) I don't care for full bent pipes Not giving it up, as, like I said, it smokes great. The thing I need help with is...

    More of my Tobacco Journey

What's funny is, I pestered one of the local shops several times to order it. At last I was told they can't get it, so I ordered online. Next time I went into that shop - a dozen cans on the shelf! That was after I decided it wasn't for me.

Eutychus, did you finish the Schaeffer book? I just finished Everlasting Man. As usual, Chesterton has something mind-blowing in every paragraph. :-)

    More of my Tobacco Journey

Some Musings about my Tobacco Purchases In the year and a half since I started smoking a pipe (12/22), I have tried a lot of tobaccos. My tastes have changed drastically, multiple times, and I once had a horde of mason jars that rivaled my wife's canning on the basement. Started with the...

All I know are two things: you have to ask permission of an admin to get into the Rubber Room, and you have to have been here and posted a certain amount before you can sell anything. Outside of that, just message an admin.

    What Are You Smoking Pages.

Haven't had a pipe since Wednesday, due to lethargy. After we got home from an arduous day of shopping and a pleasant lunch out with wifey, I had two bowls of John Bull in the Dunhill Red Bark. Following that up with 965 in the Savinelli 6-something KS. Over time I've tried to cultivate a...

Too fatigued to bother with a pipe. I'll just enjoy you all's pipes vicariously.

Me and Otis having some random tobacco in the Peter Kent. Otis thinks aromatics taste better in this pipe.

    What Are You Smoking Pages.

Just got done doing some more framing to enclosed the back porch. Ordered a door this morning. Now relaxing with my Dunhill Red Bark with My Mixture 965. It was one of those sublime smokes where it's like fine pastry all the way to the bottom. Had some John Bull in the same pipe last night and...
