It says Marbury, made in France, 291, and has an M makers mark.
Has anyone heard of this pipemaker/brand?

Wow mate surprised the massive brains trust we have here haven't come up with anything yet but bet they will though 
The Pipe was likely to be made by Chacom since com is France and shape 291 is their Billard number. Marbury may have been a Tobacconist they made pipes for?
