A present to myself for having closed out my Pay Pal accounts. Way too many obviously evil scams and emails (often 2 - 3 per day) directed at my accounts there which were linked to my major banking. NOT GOOD. VERY SCARY. So that door is now closed to the outside world. Whew!

The CONCERT…

That is a very striking instrument.
I would have guessed Texas Olive, which looks almost identical and must surely be closely related.

It does look a lot like Olive…but the heartwood is bright orange. I think it’s supposed to be closer to Brazilian Rosewood.

Never heard of Ziricote before, but all the images in my search results are gorgeous to look at. Might've found my new desktop background pic.

I found a site that has a nice sound sample. The artist is amazing.

Remember that this is a laminate model, not solid. Even so the sound is clean with an excellent sustain.

This specific model has a kind of following which I understand when listening to the way he plays the Concert size. Mine is the Tenor and I had the low G conversion done so the tone will be deeper on mine.
