I don't, but a pipe I have that belonged to my father has similar brass accents and is stamped "Frank" and "French Briar"...
There is a joint in the stem next to the bowl that leads me to believe it is not a pipe at all. Between the bowl and the band there is a machine made joint in the stem, this may be a pen disguised as a pipe.

Good eye! Did not see that until you pointed it out. Interesting! Maybe the OP will give us some more details.
If not a pen hopefully has some inscribed markings on the ferrule/filter shaft inside maybe.

Some pipes aren't pipes they are pens? In so lost lol.
