Good morning BoB and happy Monday.
I just got through smoking around half a bowl of Cowboy Coffee in a cob.
Smoking through my less liked blends is taking a long time so I'm taking a break from that today.
My father in-law and I went out shooting clays yestersay and had a great time. We're both pretty good shots. After, we drove around some  very old forestry trails for a while and explored.
What a nice way to end the weekend.
 
A quarter of the way through this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. M'lady fed our cats, and all the ferals except for Abner the Eager. Tomorrow will be two weeks since we've seen him. Sure hope that he's okay.

Enjoyed a tall stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with unsalted peanuts and a golden delicious apple on the side. I've a third of a bowl left of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy Dark Roast, neat, is my drink. Watching Zane Grey Theater.

After I posted my last smoke, I looked at the back door window, and sitting on the door mat was a very happy Abner the Eager. He got tons of attention and food. He took a short snooze on my lap.

Have had visitors with us the last few days! Haven't had much "typing time" while playing host! I have been puffing away however as we sit/sat outside quite a bit when the rain allows us to do so!!! Been trying to empty quite a few jars containing small tobacco amounts. Since Saturday, I've attacked PS Proper English in my Sasieni "Hurlingham" apple, a year 2000 Colin Fromm SG handmade Brandy, a Sasieni Moorgate, a big ol' JM Boswell's billiard, and another large David Jones rusticated billiard. My best to all, FTRPLT

Now smoking Watch City English Ernie-ental in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day 264 Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Listening to The Adventures of Superman as I work.

Now smoking year 2021 Watch City Simply VOriental in a straight smooth medium brown 1930s Wilshire 5 bulldog (Comoy’s second) made for John’s Pipe Shop in Los Angeles with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Taking a short work break to feed Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger. Daisy the Feral Princess is snoozin' on her blanket. Abner the Eager is snoozin' under the kitchen table. The others are outside.

Great news, the song really isn't apropos but the chorus fits ;).
 
Near the half way mark of this bowl of Ken Byron Ventures Mr. Christian’s Brown Flek 2021 in a 1984 smooth brown full bend Peterson Mark Twain military mount egg with a silver cap and tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm passing the quarter mark of this bowl of year 2021 Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Evening Flake in a straight smooth brown 1950s Comoy’s Tradition 305 apple military mount with a sterling silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Cleaned a few pipes. Abner the Eager is still in the house, and is snoozin' on m'lady's chair. A while back, all the ferals were in. They stayed out of Harry the Hairy's way, and he stayed away from them, until he saw Abner and started that loud howling of his. I had to put him out, poor little fella.

Two points of note: the Chromebook I ordered has arrived so my posts will be on a bit of a learning curve and I just about burned my house down with an unattended pot on the stove playing with same. The worst tobacco on earth could not cover up the miasma in my house right now.🙄

Gotta clear the air before I can enjoy a nightcap.
