Help with a Date?

I've been to pipephil but could not find a date for this pipe. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Looking at Pipephil and following the keys, the pipe was made in 1920 plus the two numbers after England. I cannot tell if the numbers are 16 0r 18.

I'm leaning towards 13 as I can't find 16 or 18 being an option with that Canadian Patent.

I always defer to my John C. Loring charts when facing such a question. This Canadian patent is for years 1936-1941. So, this pipe is either a 1936 or a 1938. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!! FWIW, FTRPLT
