Hello to you all, very nice to meet you! My name is Pau, i am quite new in this pipe smoking journey. So far I’ve discovered I like english mixtures and peterson pipes, but I'm up to try anything. I hope i’ll learn quite a lot in here!
For now I have a standard 314 rusticated (bought new), an estate standard 314 smooth that i will try tonight for the first time, and a sandblasted black dublin churchwarden, that I don’t smoke much because I think it requires a bit more experience… The bowl is quite thin and i can’t manage to smoke it whithout it becoming unbearably hot!Welcome to the group. Peterson is also one of my favorites, great pipes.
Oh! I was recomended a Missouri Meerrschaum to get started, and I love it! It was very affordable, it smoked great, and stood very resilient to my over packed, poorly lit, rushed first attempts at smoking. I’ll get another one that I hope I’ll treat better haha.Welcome to the group! I find Missouri Meerschaum corn cob pipes to be great smokers and G. L. Pease English blends are very tasty. My current favorite is Westminster.
