The missus and I returned from seeing the new Bonhoeffer film. We liked it, and I'd rate it 3 out of 4 popcorn boxes 🍿🍿🍿. It's cold and windy, so I'm in the garage smoking CS Choctaw in a 1984 Peterson's Dublin 2 Silver Army Mount 102, and drinking a cup of Colombian coffee.

After completing a number of errands and chores I am finally settling down to enjoy a bowl of Sutliff Black Cordial in a Jansen's N.O. bent volcano with saddle stem, along with a cup of decaf coffee. It's a little chilly out here, but the really cold weather is rolling in tonight.

An ideal gift: personal, beautiful, pleasurable, and practical.

I picked up an estate pipe on Etsy and I'm trying it out this morning: a Barclay-Rex author with dual bore vulcanite stem, filled with CS Riverboat Queen. I got the pipe for a good price due to a small chip in the stem. I could be quite content with the pipe as is, but I think I'd like to get it...

It's a lovely autumn afternoon in the Bluegrass! I'm relaxing with CS Choctaw in a 1984 Peterson's Dublin 2 102 Silver Army Mount with vulcanite p-lip stem, and a cappucino.

@Ranger107, I think these are the same blend. Btw, I really enjoyed their Private Stock Aromatic. Which is not an "aromatic English" just added Latakia, which I verified on my latest visit to Straus. But it's no "lat bomb". From Straus's brochure:

I've returned from a pleasant walk with Sir Barksalot of Yorkshire. I enjoyed Sutliff Black Cordial in a BBB 204 "Dog-Lunter". This small pipe holds more baccy than one might expect, and I'm finishing this bowl on the patio with a cup of coffee.

Last smoke of the day: CS Cowboy Coffee in a Peterson Dublin Edition 999 with nickel band and vulcanite fishtail stem.

I had to edit this. @JimInks, did "garageloop" sound like I was walking my dog in the garage? Actually, I have no idea how "loop" got attached to "garage". 😄

That last pipe finished up quickly, so I've moved on to Sutliff Black Cordial in a Monarch 1054H bent ball.

I can attest that @JimInks is no spammer. But I think he starts each day with the same pipe and tobacco.
