This is such a sweet one. My newest pipe and made by Ron. It’s the blackest Morta imaginable…Ukrainian from around 5000 years…deeply and beautifully blasted. The stem material is Honey Swirl, it's a German Ebonite. The blast channels on the Morta flow visually into the pattern of the ebonite...

There’s just something about a Bulldog. Woof! I recently got one from Ron…a blindingly sweet deep blasted Morta with black-n-tan ebonite stem. I’ll post it up soon as I get a few minutes.

My current rifle is one of a type I haven’t been without for about 50 years. The current item is of the stainless variety with the composite stock. I don’t go out in the field or forest much anymore but the stainless Rugers are about as Oregon proof as you can get.
