I have concluded that Stanwell really is the best value in pipes. Granted, they have went up in price, but they're still a bargain, especially estates. Anyone else in agreement with this?

Some Lane BCA in a Stanwell billiard with saddle bit from the 60's. I really enjoy this tobacco and still think that Stanwell is the best bargain in pipe smoking.

McClelland's AM Pipe is an excellent reproduction of EMP. Actually, it's better than EMP.

I've found that some aromatics are not worth the pain. Some of those can be tamed down with some Lane BCA, but there are a few that need no taming. One that comes to mind is Mac Baren Honey & Chocolate. Of course, Lane BCA in itself it pretty bite free.

I smoke PA straight. To add anything to it just ruins it.

While the most noticeable chocolate in SG is the name on the tin, I think you'll find that Mac Baren actually contains enough chocolate to produce a chocolate flavor.

Available at the local B&M (Just For Him) in both tin and bulk, I have yet to try the tinned version as I am still working on the 4 ounce bag I have. The 100 gram tin awaits later enjoyment. I'll sum it up in as few words as possible. Real chocolate taste, not overly sweet, not goopy, cool...
