EZ, I had a couple of close friends who had back problems like yours and they suffered for years. Since nothing worked for either, they finally had their spines fused. They did lose a little flexibility, but they live pretty normal lives without pain. Both felt it was their last alternative.

Ranger, It looks like the Peterson Deluxe System House pipe has the largest chamber. 2.21” H x .85” W. The system pipes smoke wonderfully, but you have to keep them clean. I Q-Tip the reservoir and pull the stem of the pipe to air out after every smoke. A little inconvenient, but worth it...
