Smoking 2009 Devils Holiday on a Vauen 106 Soeren. I thought the tin had never opened, but when opened was dry. It was hit a big shot of berries, caramel, and other flavors. When smoking was tasty but not overload.

A few more 9mm pipes....Big Ben, Briar Works, Tsuge, even Dunhill.

You could get a insert to replacement of the 9mm filter to draw easier. Also get to build some cake to help to "insulation" from heat. Drier tobacco may help to reduce the heat too. Good luck!

After BBQ, slaw, and beans, I smoked a new blend as Amphora Burley in a cob. I was surprised what a fine burley without toppings. When I read Jimlinks review (2nd) and others said it was a 4 rating. You can't beat it for burleys.
