School's out! Thankfully, I made it to the end of the half term, so it's time to celebrate with my new (to me) Lucca rusticated filled with some MM365. Lovely stuff.

Work really has me under the cosh at the moment, hence the lack of posts from me. There is, however, just time for a little tomato briar and a sprinkle of MM 965 with a Flavoured coffee - hazelnut this time. It's the little things that keep you sane, eh?

Stress, stress and more stress today. Oh, and a little stress added in too. The solution? A Butz-Choquin, a pinch of Velvet and a coffee. To be fair, that could be the solution to pretty much any problem, eh?

Dropped my daughter back to university today after her brief visit home, and managed my first ever trip to a tobacconist to pick up a couple of aros. I've enjoyed both this evening with a lovely bottle of cabernet 👌

I haven't been on much lately. It 's been crazy busy getting my daughter ready for university, but she finally moves into halls tomorrow. Very excited for her but very emotional, so taking a time out with a smaller pipe filled with EMP.

Currently reading Mythago Wood, a classic of British fantasy literature. Been reading a lot of fantasy recently to keep me in that mindset, as I'm 21,000 words into a manuscript of my own, so it helps to keep me focused.

I'm rather pleased with my latest purchase - a Savinelli Soiree 626. What a beautiful little thing, and I think the bowl is just about the perfect size for me. I'll be giving this a little run out in a little while, I think.

Back to school next week and the weather has taken on a slightly autumnal tinge, all of which has me feeling a tad contemplative. Just the right time for a small bowl of MM965 in the little tomato.
