I wasn't sure what to expect after hearing some mixed reviews. I was a bit shocked and more than satisfied - they didn't ask or question me at all, though it is only 4 oz of LBF. As good/rapid of a response as any.

I'ce ordered from them several times - to include bulk and never had a problem. It sounds like the issues are poor communication within the CS Reps, both with Russ and customers. I feel kinda bad Russ has to hustle around putting out CS SNAFUs on forums, when it should never have to happen...

Well that sucks. Someone was complaining about them sending Stanwell pipes without the filter adapters. Their excuse was saying they never said they'd send one with the pipe. :crazy
