    Oriental forward? (and virginia tips?)

That sounds right up my alley, after reading the description. Thanks for that. I really like Rajahs Court, so I reckon this will work really well. Appreciate it.

Goodness, what a cool thing to be able to try a blend that someone here (you) made! I've put all of those on my list, thank you!

Oh wow! I don't think I could handle that AZ heat, but I have been a few times in winter and enjoyed myself. Spain is definitely where the locals go to warm up here haha

    Oriental forward? (and virginia tips?)

Ah ha, thank you. I might try to bulk blend some stuff. That would be fun. I do like Latakia, but I am more partial to orientals. Thanks for the tip about Virginias. I had no idea they were the same! I always thought orientals, like Turkish tobacco, were a different plant with smaller leaves.

Yes, there is MacBaren all over the place here. I don't like aromatics. Have you found any aros that you think a non-aro smoker would like? They all burn very one note and flat to me. I don't really ever get any flavors other than the topping

Thanks for jumping in and welcoming me! I don't have any pipe friends so this is great. I am currently smoking HH Dark Fired. I am giving it a second shot, because I didn't really like it the first time around. It's not offensive, but I don't like the cigar forward flavors. What about you?

What Are Your Top Ten Tobaccos?

So far? (I'm only a month in so I can only do a top 3 haha) Peterson's Early Morning Pipe (wow, what a gentle and nice little English) Cornell and Diehl's Rajah's Court (such a fun and interesting smoke! Love the orientals) Capstan Blue (which is surprising because I don't love straight...

Can you ever have too much tobacco?

I wish the wife let me smoke enough to put this much away :ROFLMAO:

    Oriental forward? (and virginia tips?)

Hi all, been realizing, only after a month into this, that I am definitely particular towards oriental tobaccos. I would love some suggestions that don't favor Virginias, but favor that more exotic, rich, spicy flavor that you get from the oriental tobaccos. Also, just a cheeky extra question...

    American in Norway

Hello all! Name's Eric. I'm an American living in Norway at the moment. New to pipes, and would love for y'all to impart some wisdom on me! Learning to enjoy the beauty around me, and slow down. So happy to be here, and looking forward to the chats.
