Am having a problem with the Maduro Cut Cake. It's not the same as my previous sample. Seriously, it's because the box pass is here in the same room. I have moved it into another room and shut the door. REALLY! I will have to do that with each and every sample. Gonna be a busy six days for the...

Change of strategy. Got to thinking about having to re-type the WordPerfect doc when I'm all done and since I am inherently lazy and a bad typist I won't do it. Instead I'll just post as I go and maybe individual discussions will spontaneously happen. My final post will be my "puts and takes."...
I have opened a WordPerfect file to post my sampling to. I will take the full six days and smoke nothing BUT box pass stuff. After which I'll post here. MAYBE I'll send the box on to Puff Daddy. Maybe not.

Aren't we trying for a one size fits all here?
I don't adjust the moisture of any blend. I smoke it as it comes. The "adjustments" I make are in terms of how much I put into the bowl and the technique I use during the actual smoke; ie, puff rate, tamping, ash removal. how often I pass a cleaner...
The box hit over a three day weekend and we had out of towners. Most everything in it I have tried and pretty much have on hand.
My apologies to all for my apparent lack of inthusiasm. I will make it up by smoking all of the east coast box.
Jason, you are right. The reason I have 70 blends in...

It's starting early this year.

It's here and I am eager to dig into it.
As usual, Mike did a super job putting this together.
Thank you and all of the others who made contributions.
