That's pretty much what I do.

I've seen some that use yogurt or sour cream as the binder. And I think somebody makes an off-the-shelf coating now. Ran across a mention of it a couple of months ago. Can't remember the name, unfortunately. No idea what's in it.

I tend to like Macallan and Balvenie, as well. The scotch I currently have is a Balvenie. The one before was a Highland Park, though.

That's more my speed, yeah. I'm a clencher, and my teeth appreciate me more when I give them a fairly light pipe to hold on to.
