Hard to beat a classic prince shape. Who made this piece?? And using 25 y.o. Single malt to sterilize a pipe is sacrilegious. Good old 100% grain alcohol is in my restoration process. lol

Liquorice.....mmmmm good. Usually a burley blended tobacco. Uhle's makes a really good one in their blend 255 that's quite tasty for my pipe... But for quality it's hard to beat any Gawith tobacco, Be it Samuel Gawith or Hoggarth. Thanks for the info on the twist.

Nimrod Commander's are great lighters. I have one sitting somewhere but seldom use it. My Old Boy is the go to lighter when at home and on the road the IMCO is my choice. Time to dig into my relics and pull out the old Commander maybe.

Thanks for the info and kind comments. It was surely an incredible find. Couldn't believe it when I saw that beautiful brush for such a reasonable price. And yes, the Williams it the old standard for me as it is for you. :D

I"m one of those guys that likes softy bristles as well, lol. I was going to order the same recommended brush as Monbla but going through a consignment shop recently I came across a brand new silver tip badger brush and was blown away from the quality for a mere $12. I've used it for a month now...
