    Good Evening from the UK

I spent two weeks hearing about the nuanced differences but it all sounds the same to me. For the record: I love Liverpool, Wigan and Manchester.

    Good Evening from the UK

Welcome. Are you a Wool or a proper Scouser?
  3. Bill (w/eoPd)

Are you a "Handyman" or "Passion Paws"?

If I can't do it, it can't be done. If I can't fix it, it isn't broken. Full disclosure: I have had to allow for certain exceptions in the past but it still sounds good.

    What Are You Smoking Pages.

I hope that you are not referring to the little pests (weevils) pictured below. If so, there is a good chance that anything not in sealed metal cans has been compromised and colonized.

    And another one is out

There is definitely a Vangelis-esqueness to it, somewhat reminiscent of the Weddell seal recordings that I occasionally listen to. I like it.

    What Are You Smoking Pages.

For whatever reason, I thought that you were a teacher until the It's A Living thread. Do you do something else during the lengthy winter abeyance?

I need to have apps on mobile phone to get discounts in store now.

I have not been able to make digital or online purchases~payments since the end of my engagement (May) because our bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, et cetera were all jointly held and removing myself as an account holder allowed my fiancée to focus on her dissertation.

    What's old is new again!

    Hello, friend.
  9. Bill (w/eoPd)

    It's a living...

Your order of Allium~Cyperus papyrus~Canna is virtually identical to what I had on the east side of my house last year. The only thing missing is some indestructible Pachysandra in front, which you are probably better-off without.

    Dogs and Pontiac pics

The car looks awesome with that visor over the one-piece windshield (first year?). I would love to see it with the lights on and ornament illuminated.

    Autumn aromatics

    In the traditional sense?

    "Revised" my pipe rack

    I concur with Ranger107.

    Rhodesian vs Bulldog

    Thanks.

    Leather Pipes?

I have had many pairs of leather work gloves become hard as a rock from simply being allowed to dry in direct sunlight, after getting wet from rainwater. If cattle branding is any indication of what smoking a leather pipe might be like, it would be hard to imagine someone resorting to such.

    Pipe tobacco and mosquitos

Is tobacco smoke known or believed to have mosquito repelling properties? I am quite certain that Sir Walter Raleigh does not.

    Homemade fishing net

That has a very interesting look, both modern and traditional; which I find quite appealing.

    What movie are you watching?

Day of the Outlaw (1959) I am going to watch the original black/white on DVD but there is a colorized version freely available online. This is the Italian movie poster, which is almost always better looking than the others.

    Change of (store) seasons

The grocery store (only) in town still has Easter candy out, though it is on clearance at 50% off.

    Post smoker from NJ

    Welcome, Anthony.

    New "Accidental" Pipe Case

I second everything stated by Timbo in the above.
