Airway opening

Since Jim Benjamin's passing, who might you recommend to open the airway of a high quality pipe (Ivarsson or Chonowitsch)?

I've never seen a Chonowitsch or Ivarsson that needed "opening." They're pretty much open when they leave the workbench. But, George (LL) has done some work for me, and I highly recommend him.
