Ol' Elliott made some seriously good pipes. I really enjoy mine! A couple were made by he and his buddy Jorg Jemelka (did I spell that correctly??) FTRPLT

You said it, ftrplt! The first expensive (atg the time) pipe I bought was an Elliot Nachtwalter bent Dublin with some beautiful plateau, which ini my novice years I scorched the hell out of, of course - good ol' Swan matches. I still have it but haven't used it in years - it was dedicated to a Pease blend, either Barbary Coast or Haddo's, can't remember which. Haven't worked up the interest to dive back into those blends again as my body seems to have changed in the past almost 2 decades.

But it holds a place of honor on my main pipe rack. I love it.
