Another new guy

Greetings from Southern Ohio.

I started smoking cigars about 10 years ago, and moved to pipe smoking about two years ago with a pipe gifted from a deceased uncle.

I have a small but growing collection of pipes, which are mostly gathered up from flea-markets, yard sales and swap meets (photo coming soon).

I found this site, while doing research and trying to identify a pipe which was just gifted to me for my recent birthday. I'll be posting more about that shortly as well, as long as I can find the right forum for pipe identification.

Looking forward to the banter.

I too have several estate pipes, and some of them smoke Very Well. I'm also a big fan of Cobs, but I think they all have their place.

'Ye Olde Pipe Rack' would probably be the best place to ask questions regarding Pipe Identification. And Yes, please post pics when possible.
