Must be fairly heavy. Not very transportable by hand. At least not into mud. Hang a portable air conditioner on one end and they have to be at least as comfortable as those FEMA trailers.

Surrounded with earth revetment, maybe it could be an effective tornado shelter. This season I saw a crumpled steel grain bin laying in the middle of a field, and those are usually bolted to concrete slabs.
