It's priced less than the CCSS Natural Freehands were when I had Phil do them for me. I seem to recall that they might still have a few of the CCSS shanks left if any of you would want one.

So we just call them up and ask about the CCSS pipes I suppose?

You should probably ask if they have any CCSS shanks left, and if so, would they make you a CCSS Natural Freehand. They'll probably have to check with Phil, who had told me a while back that he still had a few left.

Assuming they have a few left are the CCSS shanks only for the Natural Freehand or could it be used for any of their cobs like the Country Gentleman?

They're just for the Natural Freehand, which is what the first and original Special Edition CCSS corncob was.

Okay, thanks for the info. :)

I can't believe it. I've been looking for one like that forever and that's cheaper than you can get a regular Freehand for...without the stem...without the plaque...

Where were you a couple of days ago when I posted this? I was hoping someone here would snatch it up. It's starting to look like that's not the case. Whoever bought it, I hope they realize how special it is. Not just anyone can be in the CCSS.
(Gotta smoke a cob first. :p )

Unfortunately I have something to called 'a life' and can't invest the daily 9 - I2 hours it would take to keep up with all that goes on here. I just feel really let down that you decided not to tell me about it before it was gone. :(

Ok, tell you what: From now on I'll PM you a link to every post I make.
I should warn you though, not being currently in possession on one of those "life" things you're talking about, I tend to post a lot of inane dreck that amuses no one but myself.
