So I went to VA to visit my grandson at my sons inlaws house.
While we were there my sons father inlaw showed me an old expresso machine that he was rebuilding.
He has some history with the machine. He had the machine completely apart.
The power cable was in bad shape. The plug was separating from the cord.
Also, he wanted to make a modification to the bowl that holds the coffee. He wanted the bottom of it machined out.
I brought the parts home and made the modifications that he wanted.
I sent them back to him a week or so later.

Today I go to the mailbox......Completely Unexpected.....
This is what I find.....

Very nice indeed sir, so many people nowadays take each other for granted
and never say so much as thank you. So this tells me he is very appreciative
of you and what you did for him. Wish there were more like him.  ;)

Xikar Pipeline! A poor man's Old Boy that should do you well. That's exciting. It is nice to receive little gifts of appreciation without realizing such is coming. It's one thing has been largely lost.
