Returning to another cocktail of my youth with some changes. I used to like Old Overholt Rye with Coca Cola. Tonight I mixed Ezra Brooks Rye (95% rye) and Aldi housebrand (Faygo) diet cola. I'm really enjoying it.
Ezra Books Rye and George Dickel Rye are virtually identical, both 95% rye and distilled at the MGP plant in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. George Dickel is about 8-bucks more than the Ezra Brooks.
