Well, it is finally getting to 40 degrees and tolerable to sit on the deck. I enjoyed my first "outdoor" pipe today :D Still have 2-3 feet of snow slowly melting from the yard, should start seeing new buds on the trees soon! Spring is almost here

Okay I was ticked we had -2c and snow today, but at least the snow is mostly gone here.

Thank you fatman you made me feel a little better

All week when leaving work at 6am it was between 12f and 18f ! I am ready for some warm weather :D

Nice feeling isn't it, the last two evenings I've sat out on the deck and had a pipeful. It's the best time of the year NO BUGS!

Its beautiful here this morning sitting out in the yard in the chair with my pipe not even a breeze just nice and still ....love it

Nevada is just Alaska's white trash desert cousin. The bugs pop out for only a month or so in fall and spring, the winter either freezes 'em all or cooks 'em up in the summer.

Alaska has always been a place I've wanted to visit. I like my open space.

Snowed here yesterday. Today's around 48 with stiff wind. Greenup comes the 2nd-3rd week of May, usually.

Hurry up & wait.

:face:

It is nice here with some big temp swings in the mild weather spectrum: 48 -72 F. This time of year I keep my eye on the pollen count more than the temp.

It was up in the mid 70s today, gonna get up around 80 tommorrow.  Summer's gonna start next mo and we should be back to cooking and 100+ degrees soon

I feel you Monbla. Shorts in November. Thermals in January. Wishing you could be naked and sitting on a block of ice in June.

oh goodness, let's not even talk about the weather... Monday was 91 degrees, Tuesday was 28 degrees, with a record low of 20 that night. :(

Yup, same here.

First nice day of the year today in Milwaukee (high 70's). Enjoyed a rather large bowl of PS Balkan Supreme on the patio of one of my favorite bars with a couple of great craft beers and friends. Warm breeze was blowing in from the west -- no cold lake breeze. It's amazing how the weather can turn any day better. Happy spring, brothers!

We spend the last five days in New Orleans visiting the youngest daughter. Temps in the mid 70's to low 80's with plenty of sun. We came home to MD last night, 53 degrees and raining........will Summer ever get here?

Finally starting to hit 80 degrees here. Time to ride! 8)

I am in NW Indiana and yesterday made it to hot. I have a weather station in the backyard that reached 86.2F. Windows left open last night -- first time this year. Boy does that make for some great sleeping. Another warm day today and then it is supposed to go back to normal. (mid 60's)

Rough spring for many near river with massive flooding and loss. I live on water (tiny lake) and high ground. Love the water but living in a flood plane is silly -- even with the government throwing our money to the unfortunate.
