That's awesome. I have a somewhat similar opportunity, but limited to dark fired, burley, and dark air cured. I bought some blending tobacco, and will add some of the local dark fired the next time I blend. I put a post on this site on making a compressed plug type of blend using an empty vegetable can, a couple of big washers and a big C clamp. It worked pretty good.
