Thanks for the welcome. 99% of the Asian Carp are still south of the Starved Rock Dam and I hope they stasy there ! Farther south they are netting them but Im still not sure how much demand there will be.

I've heard those crritters are good eatin. Do you know if that's true?
I was taught how to cook carp when I was a kid so that the end result is as good as salmon.
Smoked carp and crackers and a cold beer is pretty good too.
