New to pipe smoking. Just a couple months now. Thanks for all the tips. Hope to learn more and enjoy reading about more of your pads and Tad's.

Top of the morning to you, Smokey Jay! Welcome to the brotherhood. I am a very new pipe smoker myself, only a few weeks now. I have been a cigar smoker for many years, however. This site has been fabulous to learn the art and ritual of the pipe as well as meet some interesting, eccentric characters. Enjoy your time here!

Welcome to the forums! Have fun with your reading here, and I hope to see your posts

Thanks for the welcoming words. I got a laugh out of your profile where you said you would brag about your new pipes when they arrived. I feel the same about every one i get.

Thanks,
Jay

Welcome smokeyjay, I am still quite a noob myself but the more you read on here the more you will progress with your smoking. So far the key has been packing, with a good pack and decent toby the time spent will be ten folds more enjoyable. Read and ask questions, there isn't a soul on here who isn't quick with help, even if it is just a link to a thread with the answer to your questions.

I see you like McC's Frogs. I really enjoy their "on the town". I have to agree everyone seems to be willing to help out the noobs.
Thanks
SmokeyJay
