Hello from the Old Dominion State

Howdy folks, I've been smoking a corncob wrong for a couple years & enjoying a hookah about the same. I've tried cigars & they make me spit all the time. So, after a long talk with my local tobaccoist I purchased a La Rocca briar & a in house 1Q mixture & *queue enlightening music* I was reborn.
Since then I have acquired a few more pipes (Pete, Stanwell, Savi) and broadened my tobacco to Englishes & Virginias. I will smoke the 1Q mixture at my local watering hole to get oooos & ahhhs from the ladies

The gist is I'm a noob, willing to learn & not afraid to ask questions. I read on the subject of pipe smoking & look forward to real folks insights & experience.
