Hi all

I've been referred here by a fellow member; Jeicher. So I'm saying hello from rainy Cape Town in South Africa. I own a Dr Bond pipe and have only been smoking it for a year (about once or twice a month). I've started smoking with the popular Sturk's Private Blend no. 40 and have only yesterday branched out with Sturk's Balkan House Blend (my instant favourite).

I look forward to getting to know everyone.

Top of the morning to you, Sir! Once, many, many moons ago, I belonged to a motorcycling forum (that I can no longer remember the name of) in whcih I was in regular chat with a fellow from South Africa and a fellow from Australia. We would often chat about our favorite rides. We shared a desire to ride in eachother's countrys and had talked of one day visiting each other. Unfortunately, tight finances prevented that, and I lost touch with them many years ago. But I still dream of one day taking a motorcycle tour through South Africa.
