My name is Jannie Scholtz and I am a Marine Electronics Engineer living in South Africa.

I only started recently smoking pipe after a good friend of mine bought me a Falcon Coolway as a gift 4 months ago. Since then I have received two of my grandfather's old pipes, a Keyser and a Byford.

I am still a greeny and I think I smoke much less than the avarage pipe smoker - only about 1 bowl in more or less 10 days when I am home, and then more or less 1 bowl in 2 days when I travel for work.

I hope to learn a lot at this forum and that I will be able to help someone out as well in the future.
