Back from my weekly ivIG infusion and of course it's drizzling but I always need a pipe to hopefully clear my head from the infused Pink Cloud I'm riding.

Grabbed the Castello Collection Le Catene Limited Edition Apple shape adorned with a silver chain accent which is what Le Catene means, the chains.

Having a lovely smoke of Mac Baren Club Blend Roll Cut keeping it smokey as long as this stays a drizzle anyway.

I've been getting weekly IVIG infusions for the last three years. Now getting to stop them after a new diagnosis, as I had no improvement the whole time I was taking them.

What do you have to take them for?
