Baccy costs more than GOLD here in downtown Nova Scotia ,Canada. Thankfully our federal customs guys sometimes sneak out back for a puff of something or other, and a decent bag from Rich or Cupo_____ slips through with no duty so that I can afford a few briars and even the odd value priced meerschaum. Great to be a new bro, bros and muchos gracious!! EXPO

Just finished a bowl of Expo's EURO-ARO and your welcome was sweeter than the 1888 Villiger Mid-Day in my blend. QPR all the way, hopefully my 16yr old son Marcus will World Cup lowly Canada in future years, and that coming from a baseball coach! Thanks bros, while I pack an Expo Cajun Froggy treat to acknowledge your welcome! Bro Expo

Welcome expo. Something puzzles me. You said you're a Corncob Snob but your first post doesn't mention cobs at all. So, how many cobs do you have, and how often do you smoke them? Me, I smoke my cobs 95% of the time, but I'm hooked.

Thanks John for the kind welcome, and yes I have close to 20 cobs and several of their cherry and maple cousins from Missouri Meerschaum. They are stylin just like a small Missouri Pride and are decent little smokers. Most of my newer cobs are Country Gentlemens, and just last week I got 2 new Generals that are really sweet! My favorite cob came with some eBay estate briars, it's really fat, big ol bowl, and a short, semi-round whiteish bit. Super smoker, but even as ugly as it's getting I still have to keep loading it up.
Do you know the great folks at Keepsmilin.com, or Scott at Aristocob.cob, just great cobs sellers!
Going to finish this hickory poker bowl now so see you at the beach! Regards,Expo

Cheers Natch, yes if it weren't for some really awesome baccy retailers from your neck of the woods, Rich in Vermont tops my list, I'd have to settle for very limited choices at approx. $20 CDN a pouch. Gotta love the internet for value shopping!!
Since you're a Lakelands man(I grew up in the "City of Lakes",Dartmouth,N.S.) tell me if Erinmore, bless what's ever in it, is a lakeland baccy! Like DubintheDam always says,"Love the stuff!!" And I think I'm finally old and brave enough for a shot of Condor if I could ever get my hands on it!
Love my flakes, such a fun ritual to get them where they work the best. Thanks again Natch, ciao for now,Expo

Always feel sorry for my Canadian brothers for the cost of their tobacco.

Hahahahaha - and just about everything else. Like food, gas, trips to the hardware store. But hell, I love it here in Quebec!

Their small hardwood pipes might be the best bargain pipes aound. Some of those old cobs found on eBay are real relics. No, I don't know anything about Keepsmilin.com, but am aware of Aristocob. I deal with either MM direct, or with Mars for quantity discounts.
