Ok, so Savinelli's don't usually do it for me but check this paneled billiard out! With it's killer grain I have to wonder why it wasn't graded higher?...

Nice wood, but a bad specimen carving-wise. Looks like a 515 that was over sanded and over buffed. Every edge is weirdly rounded. I'd guess a shop trainee was turned loose on it.

Punto Oro's, Punto Oro Supers, and Guibileo D'Oro's are all first-class smokers, though. Being unsmoked (and therefore no risk of being stunk up), for the right price that would made an excellent daily pipe for someone who likes smaller sizes.
