Welcome back and all that. Friend of mine from Dallas (AA pilot) just retired to Foo-kway Vareena. Nice town. Is that how you say it? One must be careful. :scratch:

The town held a contest for the motto. The winner was, "Careful how you pronounce it!" The town skipped on that motto.

It is going nutz here now. We 2,000 families moving here every year. Traffic is a getting bad. Going through that boom like Cary did in the 90's. Home prices are only going up especially if Amazon HQ2 and Apple decide to come here. That being said, it is a nice town. Aviator Brewing company ask just about taken over the Varina area. I remember visiting them when they were out of a small hanger at the Triple-W airport, now they are huge.
