Called the Fish with an Arrow is this four knuckle bamboo shank with a Cavalier look by Latvian Pipemaker Sergey Senetorov, filled with Orlik Golden Sliced keeping it smokey.

Certainly one of the more unique pieces you've got Mr. Banjo. Vaguely reminiscent of a Native American tribal pipe.
