Interesting. Singeing corncob seems like it would taste better than singeing hardwood, but thanks for posting. Might give one a shot. The important thing is, would Mark Twain approve?

Excellent video, Charles. I too for some reason have always overlooked the MM Hardwoods. I'll have to pick one up to go with my assortment of cobs.
