Bonjour and g'day from Australia, I love the natural flavour of Semois. It's the closest thing you'll get to tasting like a cigar in a pipe, even cigars don't taste like cigars in a pipe. I see you like a large pipe from the photo, I've got a few but I don't get the time to smoke a full one these days.

hello Ranger 107, sorry, I thought the translation was automatic in your language, as for me, I will make an effort to post in English.
thank you Google Translate.

Hello everyone
Here, from my little corner of Belgium, I made myself MY place to taste my favorite tobacco, it's not out of chauvinism, but I smoke a natural tobacco from the Ardennes region. (Belgian)
it's the SEMOIS from Vincent Manil.
With that a good island rum
What more...

So, what I think you're saying there is: I prefer smooth pipes. Welcome.

Belgium is a nice little country, or it was when I was there back in the 70s. Showed an innkeeper there a photo of my lifted Ford pickup. He asked about the mileage. I told him I got maybe 10/12 mpg. He was somewhat aghast as petrol in Europe at that time was almost $2 US per liter as I remember. Lol.

hello, I admit that I have a small preference for smooth ones....
and if it's a beautiful Italian ... I crack.

yes it's true, I had the opportunity to travel in oil producing countries and only see big pickups, here in our small country the fuel is now well above $2. and we drive in small cars.
but we have over 500 beers at reasonable prices.
drink or drive, you have to choose.

Yes, and I've always enjoyed the various Belgium beers, including and especially the sours and Monastic ales.

🍺

Cheers,

RR

A fine collection indeed! Mine is stowed away in a shoebox!
hello, I had to find a solution because my shoe box was too small. so I fired my wife's spices and restored the furniture to make it a showcase... but it wasn't enough, so I put my handyman skills to make another one. I don't know when it will end....lol
