More curing = Less Nicotine?

I wondered, dark roast coffee actually has less caffeine. Does more curing reduce the nicotine in tobacco?
 
There are some sticky threads in this forum that were educational, IMO.

I think a whole thread was on curing. Pretty interesting stuff.
 
I have a question...sometimes I see on tobacco reviews the reviewer state: this blend tested negative for nicotine in the lab. Is this an expression or do some blends really have no nicotine at all? I personally usually have to mix a plug or a rope into whatever i'm smoking. :scratch:
