[QUOTE="Swede, post: 617867, member: 5139"] Hey BoB's who might be interested in packs, etc., I'm an owner of a 1990's Dana Designs Bridger pack, so like to keep up with the industry a bit. Dana Gleason one of the founders, started Mystery Ranch, and I've always wanted one of their packs. I read that Yeti had bought them out and to expect changes. The new CEO is rumored to be from Osprey, another great pack company. Before major changes set in, I wanted to grab something to replace my standard Timbuk2 laptop day pack, only smaller. I found a Mystery Ranch Rip Ruck 15L pack (old style), and really like it. They also have some good EDC type smaller packs and pouches that might work as pipe travel gear. Some of their packs use PALS (mine does) which allow attachment of MOLLE components like pouches, etc. I hope to hear about anyone's experiences with Mystery Ranch or other gear. Here's to packin.
