New Guy from PA

Hello all! Originally from Baton Rouge, LA (and proud of it! Who dat?), I currently reside in Pittsburgh, PA.

I started smoking a pipe in 2006 and have been enamored with the hobby ever since. My collection has ebbed and flowed like most. Peaking at about 45 pipes, I've now whittled my collection down to the pieces that I can't let go of, about 20. Among these precious pieces are a Kurt Huhn blasted danish acorn, a Caminetto billiard, two Randy Wileys, a Heeschen black bamboo brandy, a Benni blasted danish egg, a Radice Clear FFF (that's right, 3 Fs), and a Bjarne C grade rhodesian. Those are the prized pieces.

I'm constantly looking at pipes and tobacco and love learning about this great hobby and conversing with its populous. In short, I just like talkin' with folks.

I look forward to speaking with you all over time, but for now I'll see you around the board!

There are a couple of us here in Pittsburgh. Give me a shout; if you have the time, there's a pipe club at a local shop, Allegheny Smokeworks, on the 2d Saturday of the month at 10:00 am to noon. It's early, but it's for a good cause.
