Does anyone know about this type of pipe

I've seen a few Green stained pipes and everyone (several were Pete's) turned a sort of dirty yellowish brown a few years after steady smoking. They don't stay that pretty green forever. Doesn't change the excellent smoking that Pete will probably provide, just the looks of it :twisted:
 
Looks like a shape 68 or 69. I haven't heard much good about the green, that said I have one that smokes just fine and is still green.
