Brothers,

Falcon, Kirsten, Viking, etc... who of you regularly utilize these appliances?

A Falcon is in my regular rotation.

Best,

I love smoking my 3 Falcons, amazing pipes they are.

Still getting to know my Kirsten.

Of all the pipes I have given away over time the one I regret giving away is my old Falcon, not the giving of course as it has a loving new owner which is awesome, I miss it is the truth of the matter, getting hold of a replacement old timer is impossible outside of fleabay, ah well, one day maybe eh. Haven't tried any other metal pipes so cannot speak for them but older Falcons, couldn't ask for a better workhorse pipe.

I have several Falcons and extra bowls and love them all.:)

I don't own a Falcon but one pass one up, when the deal is good. From what I know the Falcon's draw should be much better than my Kirsten, which I don't smoke because of it.

I have two Kirstens - a gen1 straight S and a gen3 1/4 bent CB. I like them a lot and the draw has not been an issue for me.

I also have a featherweight Yello-Bole Airograte with four bowls. Three of the bowls are unsmoked, and I am deciding if I should just rotate the bowls or try to get another stem.

Have a Kirsten S. it's a good smoker but I won't use it in public as I've been accosted too many times by the police when smoking a regular pipe in public.

Hey, that'll be a plus when tobacco is outlawed and all ya can smoke is weed.  :lol!:

Love my Falcons. Great smokers. :)

I appreciate your comments.

May you always have a pipeful of your best-loved tobacco.

Best regards,

They may be great smokers, but I don't like the looks of any of the metals.  :|
I certainly understand your reservations regarding the appearance. I think the Falcons are the least of the offenders.

Best,

Got 12 of them alound with 7 extra bowls. The smoke very well and are durable...Great outdoor and work pipes. Easy to clean and maintain. They all get smoked on a regular basis. Nothing like a bowl of St. Bruno or Condor in a Falcon.
