Yes, the bowl was coated in black color. My bad. Should have guessed. I don't go for bowl coatings. Anyone interested in a mint BBB with black bowl coating and customized blue/purple hue?

Smoke it. After you get it broken in I don't think you will be bale to tell the difference.

I reserve the right to be wrong though!

I smoke them all...coated or not.

putt some cotton balls in it and some everclear, soak it over night. wipe with fresh cotton until it's pretty clean. let it dry out a few hours and sand the inside of the bowl. should be good as new. might have to repeat the everclear once more. just had to do it to a pete that was dipped, worked fine for me.
