Replacement stem for Dunhill

Can anyone recommend someone who will make a nice replacement stem for a Dunhill billiard of mine? I would love if they could actually get the white spot on it if possible. The actual stem is for a filter and I´m just tired of the hassle it is to clean. Thanks.
