Salty dog vs Petersons 3ps

I don't know about better, but personally I find 3P a little monochromatic. I like it, I just prefer the light rum VA/Per of Salty Dog. YMMV.
Both are excellent real plugs. DrT999 is right that Peterson 3P’s is nothing fancy, but it is a great smooth Va/Bur. Salty Dogs is more in line with Peterson Deluxe Navy Rolls in flavor. You can’t go wrong with either.
