Hi all, so what's your thoughts on this Pipe?

What is the going price for a larger bent?

The Markings are Sasieni 8 Dot on one side of the stem and Made in London England (in a circle). I don't believe it's a Family Era, it also has a silver hallmarked band.

Thanks for your comments!!!

Best!

Greg

Pics or a link please! Sasieni has a good reputation and their 8 dots are desirable.

Hi, I can't post a link, too new here. But it's on e-bay, the only one.

Thanks so much!

Greg

I'm speaking from (rather vague) memory here, but I think the 8-dots were only made for a few years during the family era, and are quite desirable to collectors.

This one, I guess:

Killer grain on this pipe. The Post Family era pipes can often be had at a bargain, but with EBAY, you never can tell...
A Castello I was watching last month is for sale again, most likely due to a non paying bidder who got caught up in a bidding war and ended up winning the auction at a cost that was almost as high as a new retail price.

Yes!
(I had to look up "Pyrrhic victory"... :D )

That's a nice lookin' pipe. Based on the number of bidders and the time left, it may go to $200. Since it is e-bay, maybe $2000 is more realistic. :p

Not sure, as I am no Sasieni expert, but guessing it is newer production.
