Is that a central screw to hold the lid down on the jar? Do you spin the the pipe rack to open it?

You can't tell from this photo but the top of the tobak jar is a single pipe rest.

It was advertised locally and has it arranged to meet the seller and pick it up but came down with a contagious virus and explained I
d rather not share the experience with her, she understood and agreed, will make acceptable arrangements to meet and pay for it this week.
